I recently purchased these shoes and they are by far my favorite to go climbing in. They have light insulation but enough coverage to keep anything and everything outside of your shoes, where it belongs. The upper is made up of 2mm neoprene and has an antimicrobial treatment to help keep your feet free from nasty odors.

There is some light cushioning under the foot so when you are out doing all those outdoor activities like climbing, running or any kind of water sports, your feet will stay comfortable. The soles are slip resistant as well to keep you on your feet.

They are durable and do a good job at protecting your feet against the elements and rugged terrain. The sole is a bit thicker and has some great traction as you can see from the picture above. Now just because the sole is a bit thicker doesn't mean they don't provide you with the barefoot feel that we are all love so much. Trust me, it's there along with the comfort and stability you and your feet need for a good run. The Spyridon model comes in two different color variations Military Green/Grey/Black and Orange Grey.

This is a shoe that is great for running. With the barefoot feel they provide, they will be your new best friend and you won't want to go back to your old running shoes. The Women's Vibram Five Fingers Bikila has just enough padding on the soles to keep your feet comfortable and dry. This shoe has moisture management to keep your feet dry and odor free. The traction on the bottom of the Bikila is great for slippery and more rough terrain.
